I’m not going to lie, last week was really, really hard on me. It was hard on a lot of people, especially the children still being held in concentration camps. I was incredibly depressed when Justice Kennedy announced he was retiring from the Supreme Court, and all I could think about was: GAME OVER. We’re done. There’s no coming back. But this week has been restorative in a lot of different ways. I actually had the time to sit back and rest and relax and not think about politics (because Wimbledon!). Plus, these dumbasses keep showing their asses.
Scott Pruitt was appointed the head of the EPA in Donald Trump’s first weeks in office. Even at the beginning, there was a laundry list of dumb sh-t and corrupt sh-t and more coming out about Pruitt. Pruitt spends money like a drunken sailor and then expects the taxpayers to pick up the tab. He was literally in bed with lobbyists. He had his staff run personal errands for him. He tried to use his connections to get his wife a Chick-Fil-A franchise (I sh-t you not). He literally walled himself off from staff at the EPA. There are like a hundred more things on this list. It’s an all-you-can-eat buffet of corruption, illegality, shadiness and unethical behavior. And now this dumbass has turned in his resignation.
